Everything is perfect Staff Location

The staff were welcoming and competent. The location was excellent and unique. Speaking of breakfast, it was nice compared to booking fee.

It felt like good value and was in a very convenient and central location. The breakfast area also converts to a desi restaurant in the afternoons/evenings which was very nice. It has a basic kitchen.

I didn’t expect to find such a quiet hotel in such a popular part of Istanbul — it’s a real gem! The rooms are incredibly cozy with lovely design touches, and there’s even a kitchenette. I was too jetlagged to hit the gym, but visually it was also great. Next time I need to stay in central Istanbul, I’ll book this place again for sure.

The property was ideal for what we were looking for and the fitness centre had the basics, which worked for us (treadmill, elliptical, and weights). The breakfast was great!! The menemen was some of the best we've had. I have seen many people's comments about the breakfast, and really - we stayed at a few places throughout our trip to Turkiye (over a course of a month wee traveled throughout various areas in Turkiye), the breakfast really was some of the best options we've had. I also don't understand why people complained that breakfast was not included for them, and that they even wanted lunch options. It's your own responsibility to check what accommodation has to offer and what costs are additionally and or included or not included - it's not the accommodations fault. Our breakfast was included (that's what we selected) and there were no issues at all. The accommodation is in between Taksim and Sishane Metros, and navigating that is easy. We arrived and departed by private transfer, as we've found that works best in Istanbul whenever we're here. We definitely recommend the accommodation, we had a superior suite and were very happy. Noise wasn't much of an issue, most noise heard from time to time is from other guests who are not respectful in the passages when it comes to noise.

In general, we liked the hotel. It has a great location—just a few meters from the main street with lots of cafés and shops. It's situated on a quiet street, so there was no noise at night. The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and the room was spacious, with a kitchen and everything you need for cooking. Just a few minutes' walk to public transport.

The location is great if you want to be close to all the buzz. The streets are a bit steep to walk. Also the rooms seem to be away from the bars with the loud music.

Actually, nothing. We had to change three rooms, because: the first one had problems with the sewage and pipes (the structure knew it, but decided to give us the camera as well); the second one was extremely loudy (we could hear conversations of people sitting at the bar in front of the room, and also in this case the structure confirmed me in the past other guests complained, so they knew it also this time); the third one also had issues (the floor of the partment above was in old wood, so we could clearly hear every step). EVERY room had a specific issue. This is a TOTAL SCAM, I would never ever come back neither suggest anyone going here. I asked for a refund since I paid for the suites, and we received nothing; only booking gave us back a credit of 10%.

The location was great, and the staff were phenomenal. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

The hotel itself was nice, and the staff were polite and welcoming, just as during my previous visit; which encouraged me to return this time. The rooms remained clean and comfortable. The only notable change from my last stay was that breakfast was no longer provided, which was a bit disappointing. Apart from this, my experience was positive, and I appreciated the overall hospitality.

My room has been upgraded when I arrived . Very good equipment of the apartment, comfortable bed, great location, very delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

The location is near to the tasim square and near to galata towet

Staff specially alhan who was very welcoming and helpful. Location is excellent near istiklal street. Out suite had dining room upstairs which is outstanding.
